Eric was born and raised in Fresno, California and spent his summers enjoying the beauty that Shaver Lake has to offer. From the time he was a child, he had dreams of someday calling Shaver Lake home. In 2009, Eric and his wife Melissa took the first steps in making their dreams a reality when they purchased property in Wildflower Village. They are currently in the process of building their new home.

In his spare time, Eric enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He can regularly be found exploring the trails in and around Shaver and Huntington Lakes on his mountain bike.

Eric started selling real estate in 2014 and is one of the office’s newest agents. Although new to real estate, he brings more than 20 years of sales and marketing experience. A graduate of Fresno State’s Sid Craig School of Business, Eric started his career working in a small family-run agricultural business exporting fruits and nuts to 52 countries. His experience in international business led him to roles with some of the largest and most recognizable corporations in the world.

I have been a Real Estate professional since 1992, and I am so happy with my career.

I have lived in the Shaver Lake area since 1976. Raising my two children in Shaver Lake has given me the ability to know the area very well. I have been involved with the Shaver Lake Lions, Shaver Chamber of Commerce and several other businesses. 

I love our area and its beauty. I have a very strong work ethic, high energy and love to work with people. My goal is to help you find the perfect home and make the transaction as smooth as possible and have a great time along the way.

My journey to Shaver Lake began when I met my husband in 1987. My husband’s grandmother purchased a cabin at Huntington Lake, and it soon became our family’s summer vacation destination. Traveling through Shaver Lake on our way to Huntington we ended up falling in love with the area and purchased our first vacation home in 1998. I had often thought about becoming a Realtor after going through the process of buying our home and obtained my license in 2004. Since we were spending much of our time in Shaver we moved here full time so I could pursue my career in real estate in this wonderful mountain community.

Like Beth, I was also raised in Kerman. My parents moved to Kerman from Fresno when I was three so that my father could expand his business building custom homes. I started working at a young age helping to clean the homes throughout the building process. I was raised with a good work ethic and learned to treat people fairly and honestly. My mission is to provide the best service to my clients with the highest level of integrity and to build a relationship for the future with each and every person I am privileged to serve.
